In order to work in Victoria, you must be accepted as either a skilled worker or a professional by a British Columbia based employer, be an investor, entrepreneur or self-employed, be a family member of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, or an applicant recognized under the BC Provincial Nominee Program.
