In TED

For almost thirty years, TED has been synonymous with a modern day Symposium attracting international creative and intelligent minds to meet and share ideas with a wider audience.

The non-profit conference has chosen to relocate its home base from California to Vancouver in 2014. The choice was made considering Vancouver’s thriving culture, geographical appeal and excellent infrastructure to host a substantial number of attendees.

For British Columbia it means a more robust international exposure and for Vancouver-another step closer to the type of city Richard Florida envisages for the creative class.
